How to become a Vendor at the Farmers Market -Ottawa, Illinois

You must have an Illinois Business Tax i.d. number from the state of Illinois in order to operate a both @ the Ottawa Farmers Market.  Also, vendors need to be approved by the Ottawa Area Chamber of Commerce and the Ottawa Downtown Merchants Organization.  Please submit the following forms:

Rules & Regulations 2010 FORM

Hold Harmless FORM

NON FOR PROFIT APPLICATION

2010 Non Profit Application FORM (a “Rules & Regulations” form and a “hold harmless” form must be submitted)

HOW DO I GET AN ILLINOIS BUSINESS TAX ID?

You can fill out this form REG-1 Business Reg Form, mail and wait 6 weeks.  Or you can go online @ http://www.revenue.state.il.us/Businesses/register.htm and get your ID in 2 days.
